About the Book

The Story about the Stories

Asalaamu Alaikum!

A long time ago when my oldest children were very small, we talked about the princess stories.  Each princess had different problems that we used Islamic ideas to fix.

I wrote the stories down, and we read them at bedtime for years. Then Muslims around the world got to read them in a Muslim children’s magazine.

Then I began to make the clay artwork for the stories, with hopes to publishing them in books. In total there are four books with 12 stories for you to read and learn how Amal gives dawah to the storybook princesses.

I hope you will read all the stories, and be inspired to write some of your own!
